Take control of your future!
Position yourself for advancement opportunities in your industry of choice.

Become an apprentice and earn wages and benefits as an employee while attending related training classes. Completion of the apprenticeship program lays a solid foundation for continuing your education to earn a certificate or Associate of Applied Science degree. Apprentices should view their apprenticeship, not only as on-the-job-training, but as a career that requires an investment of time, resources, and dedication to the learning process. Apprenticeship is sponsored and supported by the employer, but implemented by the dedication of the apprentice. Apprentices must assume responsibility for their education and look to the employer for support and guidance.
UCC’s apprenticeship programs are regulated by the BOLI-ATD.
