Roseburg — Umpqua Community College will sponsor a workshop, “Excel Elemental Functions 2007” on Wednesday, October 29, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Workforce Training Center, 2555 Diamond Lake Blvd., Room 13. The cost is $27 and the instructor is Laurie Way. Pre-registration is required by October 28. Call 440-4604 to register and ask for sequence number 24523.
