Winchester — Umpqua Community College Fine and Performing Arts and Oregon Festival and Events Association will be offering a mini-workshop “Ways with No Means” on Wednesday, November 5th, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in UCC’s Indian Room (Campus Center).

Explore marketing opportunities that cost little to nothing. Learn ideas on how to promote your event free, or using someone else’s money. This valuable workshop is ideal for everyone involved with festivals, events, concerts, school functions and reunions, foundations, and other non-profit organizations.
