Roseburg — Umpqua Community College is offering “Contractors License Training” over five evenings starting on Tuesday, October 7, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., at UCC Workforce Training Center, 2555 NE Diamond Like Blvd., Roseburg. The other class dates are October 8, 9, 14 and 15. The cost is $345, and the instructors are Jim Gamble, contractor; Randy Rubin, attorney; Debbie Robertson, Certified Public Accountant, and guest speakers.
