At Workforce Training Center: How to start a business workshop offered at UCC

Winchester -- Umpqua Community College is holding a two-part workshop, “How to start a business and find your niche,” on Wednesday, January 21 from 4 to 7 p.m. in Room 1 at the Workforce Training Center, 2555 N.E. Diamond Lake Blvd., Roseburg.

The first portion of this informative workshop is for those interested in starting their own business or for those newly in business. Topics include: local business license and registration procedures, business plan preparation, funding options, forms of business, tax information and more. Part II consists of an informal discussion about business ideas and finding your niche.
