Brad's primary responsibilities at UCC include conducting individual workouts, assisting with on the floor coaching, and recruiting.

A graduate of North Eugene High School in Eugene, OR. Brad helped lead his team to the Oregon 5A State Tournament, where they finished 5th in the state while playing at legendary Mac Court on the campus of University of Oregon. While this may be his first season in an official capacity, Brad is no stranger to Umpqua basketball or to coaching. He has attended spring and summer tournaments for years and has become very well respected by coaches at all levels for his ability to evaluate talent. But possibly his biggest contribution takes place in individual workouts. Brad has a unique ability to break down the individual skills needed to be a successfull player and to teach and drill them in such a way that vast improvement is virtually guaranteed.

When not coaching Brad can usually be found working out. A competitive triathalete, Brad has raced up and down the West Coast and is looking to qualify for the Nationals held next September in Alabama. He also races in several 10k's and half marathons and last fall completed the Portland Marathon with a personal best.
